What this website does

Brighton Concrete connects homeowners in Brighton and the Bayside area with local concreters. Requesting a quote is free and creates no obligation to proceed.

Who does the work

Work is quoted, carried out and guaranteed by the independent concreter you choose to engage. Any contract for work is between you and that concreter. Check their insurance, licences or registrations relevant to your job, and the written quote, before you agree to proceed.

Information on this site

The guides and pages on this website are general information only. They are not engineering, planning or legal advice. Council requirements, standards and products change; always confirm requirements with your council, engineer or concreter for your property.

No prices

We do not publish prices. Any cost is set out in the written quote from the concreter after a site visit.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this website or from work carried out by independent concreters. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property

The content of this website belongs to Brighton Concrete and may not be copied without permission.

Links

Links to council and other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
